As Paid Media Manager at Clickoo, you’ll be responsible for ensuring high account performance and client satisfaction, as well as managing the paid media team. You’ll make sure we’re ahead of the game in the latest paid media updates and that campaigns are delivered to a high standard.


Job description

  • Creating, managing and reviewing PPC campaigns across Google, Microsoft and social media platforms e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok
  • Be the lead/direct account manager for high priority/high potential accounts
  • Support other account managers and local market specialists with strategy, delivery, client communication or challenges/issues across entire client base
  • Ensure work is delivered within specified timescales and within allocation by account managers/local market specialists
  • Work closely with the Head of Operations and Partnerships to ensure account managers are suitable for their client base and client happiness is met
  • Work with Head of Growth for new business proposals/onboarding clients
  • Identify channel expansion opportunities across the client base to diversify company offering and grow clients accounts
  • Hold relationships to key platform providers with communication
  • Ability to set your own/your team’s KPIs
  • Hold regular management meetings to discuss overall client and people performance
  • Creating new processes to improve campaign management and performance through audit and checklist documents, templated handover documents, onboarding/off-boarding etc.
  • Ensure industry knowledge and understanding is up-to-date
  • Keep on top of the latest trends, and ensure account managers have gone through specific platforms training

Skills/personal qualities required

Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate the following skills/qualities.

  • Excellent communicator – You’re able to translate ‘SEM/PPC talk’ into human conversations. You have experience communicating directly with clients via email/chat/Zoom and/or phone call.
  • Problem solver – You can think on your feet and adapt to new information/problems calmly and effectively when brought to light.
  • Analytical – You have the ability to get into the nitty-gritty and understand (and explain) the meaning, causes and effects behind the data.
  • Willingness to learn new skill-sets – You’re motivated to develop both technical and personal skill sets, you’re keen to receive feedback and progress within the agency.
  • Self-starter – You can work independently and get on with the task at hand, but are equally comfortable with asking questions and seeking help when needed.
  • Attention to detail – You appreciate that an extra 0 or a missing “ can have a huge impact on a paid campaign! You’re a stickler for detail and won’t be satisfied unless it’s up to standard.
  • Good time management – You know how to prioritize tasks and plan out your schedule to get stuff done.
  • Passionate about paid media – You can see a future for yourself in the industry and you love to keep up with the latest updates to stay ahead of the game.


As this role requires the planning, creation and management of PPC campaigns, we are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of experience in the following areas;

  • Google Ads (essential)
  • Microsoft (Bing) Ads (essential)
  • Experience managing eCommerce PPC accounts (essential)
  • Google Analytics (essential)
  • Facebook / Instagram Ads (desirable)
  • LinkedIn Ads (desirable)
  • Google Tag Manager (desirable)

Further notes:

  • Although we are a multilingual agency, this role does not require multilingual capabilities -you will be working in English.
  • Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our Los Angeles office is currently closed and this role will be fully remote, with the possibility to come to the office when it reopens -or, stay remote.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the USA.
