After being failed by their previous paid search agency, Love Your Postcode came to Clickoo with a challenge to deliver the results they needed in their highly competitive estate agents market.

The Solution

Our first stop was to run one of our free, in-depth account audits to identify the issues – in this case we discovered a poor account structure and a lack of industry knowledge.

We then built a granular account structure targeting key areas of the country, allowing us to allocate budgets where they were needed. Segmenting the campaigns by location also allowed us to make full use of ad extensions and targeting.

Finally, we drafted bespoke AdWords scripts to reduce the number of irrelevant search terms triggering their ads, improving their Quality Score.

Clickoo was a blind punt for our property group in 2015.
